1 pound ground beef 3 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans 3 (14.5 ounce) cans Mexican stewed tomatoes 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 red bell pepper, chopped 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons chili powder 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon dried parsley 1 teaspoon packed fresh basil leaves Salt to taste Ground black pepper to taste 1 dash Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup red wine |

Brown ground beef, season to taste.
Put all ingredients except red wine in crock pot. Cook on high for 6 hours, low for 8 hours.
When you have 2 hours left, add the red wine.
