Chicken Curry Ball

Makes one large ball (2-1/3 cups)

8 oz creamed cheese, room temperature
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
3/4 cup chopped toasted almonds
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chutney
1 to 2 Tbsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Chopped parsley (as directed)
Crackers for serving

Combine all ingredients except the parsley and shape into a large, firm ball.

Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours to set.

After chilling, roll in the parsley.

Use a small table knife and serve with crackers of your choice.
