5 cans (28 oz. each) Crushed Tomato w/ Puree 2 lb. Dry Ziti Noodles (cooked) 2 lb. Mozzarella Cheese (grated) 2 lb. Ricotta Cheese 1 ˝ lb. Cooked Ground Beef (optional) 2 Eggs Olive oil to taste Garlic to taste Salt & Pepper taste Parsley to taste Basil to taste |

Combine crushed tomatoes with puree, olive oil, garlic, parsley, basil, salt and pepper to taste; set aside to simmer.
In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley and set aside. In a 28 x 10 inch pan…layer as follows: Tomato sauce, noodles, ricotta cheese sauce, mozzarella and meat. Repeat layers a second time. Cover pan with aluminum foil and cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
